Return & Exchange Policy

At Levetees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple exchange policy to ensure you get a product that suits your needs. Please review the following terms for exchanges.
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Time Frame: Items must be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition:To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Eligible Items: Certain items are non-returnable, such as clearance items, personalized products, etc. Please check the product description for specific return exclusions.
2. Exchange Process
1. Initiate Exchange:To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at levetees@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.
2. Return Shipping: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Item Review:Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange eligibility criteria. If the item is not in its original condition, or if it is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may reject your exchange.
4. Exchange Processing:Once your return is approved, you can select a replacement item of equal or lesser value. If the new item is of lesser value, the price difference will not be refunded. If the item you choose is out of stock, we will notify you to select a different item.
5. Shipping of New Item:After processing your exchange, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and shipping.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at levetees@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
4. Final Sale Items
All clearance or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
